The first phase of the Westpark redevelopment gets a grand opening on Friday afternoon. It’s a small piece of the overall project, but getting it done is progress nonetheless.
The first phase is the Bay Vista Commons, a facility shared by elderly assisted-living residents and Alzheimers patients.
