I am all for the redevelopment that is taking place in downtown, especially along the waterfront. Unlike most cities on Puget Sound, Bremerton’s waterfront isn’t cut-off by a major highway (ie. Seattle and the Viaduct or Tacoma and 705). When Bremerton’s waterfront is complete, it will be unlike any other city in our region.
On a side note, I’m glad you didn’t include concept renderings of the 400. The building looks hideous. It pays no attention to the design of the Harborside Condominiums. I will admit, the 400 will help to cover the city parking garage when arriving in Bremerton.
