		<description>Thanks John, in simpler terms it is usually a wooden barrel that contains beer that is cask conditioned. That means that it is naturally carbonated beer that finishes its fermentation in the barrel. Another name for this is real beer.

Why this is so special is the way that it is served. I can&#039;t speak for the guys at Iron Horse but usually the wood barrel is tapped with an old school pin style tap that is hammered into the keg.

It is quite a unique experience.</description>
