Election update: Council-manager still passing, school bond teetering

The school bond is within half a percentage point of passing. At this point, crossing fingers and “happy thoughts” could probably make the difference for bond supporters.

The council-manager measure’s lead dropped slightly – from 71 percent in initial reports to 69.8 percent reported today – but is still bound for an easy win.
